Captains, we’ve just deployed v2.0.2, bringing a major overhaul to how support works at AlienHost — faster routing, clearer priorities, and a smoother experience for everyone.

What’s new in v2.0.2

1) New Website Ticket System (Now Live)

We’ve introduced a brand-new ticket system directly on our website for better tracking, cleaner updates, and easier communication.

2) Discord Tickets → Priority Support Only

Our Discord ticket system has been upgraded into Priority Support, meaning only high-value servers will be able to use it.
This keeps Discord support fast, focused, and available for mission-critical cases.

3) Regular Tickets Now Have Work-Time Hours

Regular support tickets now follow a defined work-time schedule (shown inside the ticket portal).
24/7 support is reserved for Priority Support.

4) Value-Based Ticket Priorities

Ticket priority is now automatically calculated based on the combined value of your servers — so larger fleets and critical deployments receive faster handling.
